Workforce in the client console
This page is generated from Dimmi product documentation used by in-product help. UI labels match the client console; some screens appear only when the matching module is enabled for your organisation.
General → Workforce is the organisation-wide people catalogue. It shows everyone in your organisation who is tracked in Dimmi — across immigration and social security.
Use the List / Map toggle in the top right to switch views. Search and filters stay available in both views and apply to the map as well as the table.
List
The list is an open table (no card shells). Each row has:
- Person — avatar, name, and job title or email
- Location — where the person is right now (city and country; Home when they are at their home base)
- Ongoing cases — small case circles for applications still in flight (not yet issued). Hover for the case name and status; click to open the case. Same circle style as on Relocations
- Permits & Certificates — issued permits and active certificates as coloured circles (no issues, expires soon, or expired). Hover for issue and expiry dates; click a circle with a document on file to open it
Open a row to see that person’s detail page.
Map
The map shows offices and people aggregated by city, with coloured status markers. Open a marker for a short person card and continue to their profile. New applications that are still preparing appear at the office they are relocating to until Dimmi has a travel or address for them.
Status colours:
- Needs you — something on an application needs your input
- In motion — an active immigration or social-security application is underway
- Posted / cross-border — posting or deployment-style mobility
- Arrived — permit or presence is settled
Team under Organization is different: it lists users who can sign in to this client organisation, not the workforce catalogue.
