Start a case
Start a case is where you begin new applications for your organisation.
Ways to begin
- Describe what you need — explain the situation in your own words (and optionally attach a contract). Dimmi Counsel can help plan which applications are needed.
- Pick a case type — choose a card such as international relocation, accompanying family, short-term visitor, permit extension, business trip, work abroad, or A1 / S1 when those modules are enabled for your organisation.
Company certifications and host approvals live under Organisation → Certifications, not on the Start a case page.
Typical flow
Most types continue with who the case is for, documents, and any employer authorisations. Short-term visitor flows collect one or more people and a destination, then start a separate application (with an invite) for each person.
International relocation can include settling options (for example housing or moving) when life infrastructure is enabled. Cross-border journeys (business trip / work abroad) create linked obligations Dimmi tracks as an assignment.
Fees and enterprise deals
Without an enterprise deal, cards may show Dimmi service fees and typical government fee ranges. With an enterprise deal, list prices are usually hidden and commercial terms are handled separately. Payment is typically by invoice — see Billing.
