Team, Settings, and Admin

note

This page is generated from Dimmi product documentation used by in-product help. UI labels match the client console; some screens appear only when the matching module is enabled for your organisation.

Team

For the workforce people catalogue (employees tracked for immigration and social security), use General → Workforce.

Settings

Settings covers profile and organisation preferences exposed to client users.

Integrations

Organization → Integrations is where you connect email intake and unlocked HR / recruiting systems. See Integrations.

Certifications

Organization → Certifications lets you pick a country / legal entity, then start company certifications and approvals (for example Denmark Fast-track and Host visitor approval). See Certifications.

Billing

Organization → Billing shows invoices grouped by package. Enterprise organisations also see the yearly mobility Budget header. See Billing.

Admin

Admin is organisation configuration. Tabs depend on what is enabled. Client organisations commonly see:

General

Accompanying-family settings: whether accompanying-family cases are available for your organisation, and whether applicants can start them from their own dashboard. When applicant start is off, your team (or your case manager) can still create accompanying-family cases. You can also choose who handles those cases (your organisation or Dimmi full-service when available).

Legal entity identity used on applications (name, CVR / company ID, country, contacts, logo, notes, Fast-track). Entities appear in a table — open a row to edit. You can add more than one entity — for example a company in another country. Set which entity is the default. Use Notes for Dimmi Agent on each entity for employer guidance Dimmi should follow. See Notes for Dimmi Agent.

Employer Power of Attorney is stored per legal entity for 6 months and reused on applications for that entity. Open a legal entity row to see whether a valid authorization is on file, and sign when needed. If it is missing or expired, you are prompted after login (you can dismiss the prompt, but applications that need employer authorization cannot continue until someone signs).

Offices

Main and additional offices across your legal entities appear in a table — open a row to edit an address, or add another office. When starting a case, pick the legal entity (if you have more than one) and the work office.

Budget (enterprise)

With an organisation plan that includes this feature, set this year’s mobility budget (DKK) shown on Billing, and review budget vs spend for recent years. See Admin → Budget.

Roles (enterprise)

With an organisation plan that includes this feature, manage the organisation role catalogue (rename, add, or remove roles) used for Policy package approvers. Roles appear in a table with how many people hold each role. Assign roles to people on Team. See Admin → Roles.

Reports

Which compliance report types run, schedule/frequency, email digests, and whether monthly reports must be approved before they appear on Reports. See Configure reports in Admin.

Custom emails

Customise applicant-facing email copy when your organisation is allowed to — including separate templates for work-abroad / A1 journeys and visiting visas. Each journey sends one invite; permit or certificate emails are sent when an outcome is issued.

Settling in Denmark

Control which settling steps applicants see and related guides (when Settling in Denmark / life infrastructure is enabled for your organisation).

Developers

Create API keys and webhooks so your HRIS or other systems can start cases, read people / permits / certificates, and receive events (for example when a permit is granted or Global monitoring detects people in higher-risk destinations). Open API documentation under /api/v1/docs/. See Developers.
