Policy packages
This page is generated from Dimmi product documentation used by in-product help. UI labels match the client console; some screens appear only when the matching module is enabled for your organisation.
Policy appears in the Organisation section of the sidebar when your organisation has an organisation plan that includes this feature.
Use it to define packages for different employee types — for example an executive package that covers the full relocation and accompanying family, or a junior package that covers permits and tax help only.
What you can configure
On Policy, create packages with:
- A name (for example Executive or Junior)
- An optional description
- Covered services: immigration / permits, accompanying family, housing (with optional housing extras — accompanied apartment viewing and move-in inspection, on by default when housing is included), Moving, Residence registration, and Tax Setup
Packages you create are available when starting a case. Social-security certificates (A1/S1) are not part of relocation packages.
Approvals
Under Approvals on the same page, select a package and set:
- Who must approve before Dimmi can begin? — organisation roles and/or specific people. Everyone listed must approve (in any order) before Dimmi starts work.
- Who must approve a package deviation? — same control, used when the application adds services outside the package (for example settling add-ons or accompanying family that the package does not cover)
Approvers receive an email with a secure link to approve or reject. Define roles under Admin → Roles and assign them to people on Team.
Starting an application
When you start an application and your organisation has packages, choose a Package at the start of Settling support in Denmark. Covered services pre-select the settling toggles for that hire; changing them to add services outside the package may require deviation approval. After you finish the start flow, Dimmi waits for any required approvals before handlers begin. Approvers can decide from the email link or from What happens next on the case detail page.
