Integrations in the client console
This page is generated from Dimmi product documentation used by in-product help. UI labels match the client console; some screens appear only when the matching module is enabled for your organisation.
Organization → Integrations lets Dimmi subscribe to or send data and events across the rest of your ATS, HRIS, and HCM stack. Use integrations to sync workforce data and automate large parts of your global mobility pipeline. Contact your account manager to activate the integrations you need. When an integration is enabled, it also appears as a child under Integrations (always expanded when there are active integrations).
Requests by email
The Integrations hub opens with Requests by email. Opening the Email intake card always shows a setup popup with an Enable email intake switch. When enabled, Email intake appears under Integrations in the sidebar — open that child to reach the configuration page.
On the Email configuration page you can:
- Copy or regenerate your organisation’s unique intake address.
- Choose a responsible team member (who receives approval emails). This is configuration, not required to turn the integration on.
- Optionally add a From whitelist (exact emails or
@domain). With no entries, any sender is accepted (including Gmail). With entries, only matching From addresses are accepted. - Review a paginated list of Pending actions. Open a row to see the full proposal, then Approve or Reject in the console (in addition to the one-time magic links in email).
To turn the integration off again, open the Email intake card popup and switch Enable email intake off.
Any automation that can send email can integrate with Dimmi — for example an HRIS hire or internal transfer flow. Content does not need to be structured.
The intake agent can:
- Propose starting a new application when there is enough information (for example who the person is and that a work permit is needed).
- Propose attaching documents and details from the email to the right requirements on an application.
- Answer questions about applications your organisation already has open (read-only replies; no approval needed).
Nothing is created or applied until someone approves (email magic link or this page).
Direct system connectors
Below a divider, Direct system connectors lists HR and recruiting systems (for example Talentech, SuccessFactors, HiBob, Workday, and others).
When you import employees from an unlocked HR connector (for example HiBob, Personio, BambooHR, SuccessFactors, Workday, and others), they appear under General → Workforce and can be selected when starting a case. Where the HR system provides it, Dimmi also stores nationality, citizenship, date of birth, and work country on the person’s profile.
Case-handler tools such as WorkZone are not shown here; they are configured by your case handlers elsewhere.
