Notes for Dimmi Agent
This page is generated from Dimmi product documentation used by in-product help. UI labels match the client console; some screens appear only when the matching module is enabled for your organisation.
Notes for Dimmi Agent is a free-text field on each legal entity. Use it to store recurring practice Dimmi should follow for that company — for example a preferred DISCO-08 code for a job title, preferred permit tracks, or how salary and job details usually appear in your contracts.
Where to edit
Open Admin → Legal entities, open the entity row, and edit Notes for Dimmi Agent.
What Dimmi uses the notes for
When applications use your company, Dimmi includes the notes while matching the DISCO occupation code, suggesting a visa scheme, extracting employment details from contracts, and answering in Counsel when your company is in context.
When you name a preferred DISCO code or permit track, Dimmi treats that as a hard override for suggestions on your applications — including a DISCO code that is not in the usual catalog list, or a fast-track track even when your company is not marked fast-track certified. Notes do not change whether your company appears on the official certified-employer list; they only steer what Dimmi proposes. Authority eligibility and submission rules still apply separately.
Tips
- Keep notes short and specific (for example: “Software engineers: DISCO 251210” or “Usually select the Fast-track researcher track”).
- Update notes when your preferred mapping or track changes — future applications pick up the new guidance.
