Relocations in the client console

note

This page is generated from Dimmi product documentation used by in-product help. UI labels match the client console; some screens appear only when the matching module is enabled for your organisation.

Relocations is its own foldable sidebar section (below Immigration and Social Security when settling flows are enabled for your organisation).

Ongoing relocations

Relocations → Ongoing relocations (also opened by clicking the Relocations section title) shows people who still have at least one active settling step (Housing, Residence registration, Tax Setup, or Moving not yet finished), including steps that are Planned but not started yet. Each row is a journey road: permit plus settling steps. Open circles are real settling cases; dashed Planned circles mean the step was selected at intake and will start later (for example Residence registration after Housing completes, or Tax Setup after the tax scheme decision). Hover or click a Planned circle for a short explanation. Search by name or email, or filter by relocation step (All relocation steps). Open a person to their profile Journey tab. People drop off this list once every settling step for them is complete (including planned steps that have started and finished, or been opted out).

Settling case lists

Each of these opens a list of settling cases of that type:

  • Residence registration — Residence registration cases
  • Housing — Housing cases
  • Tax Setup — Tax Setup cases
  • Moving — Moving cases

Search by name or email. Open a row to open the application tracker for that case.

Settling cases are usually created when you start an immigration application and opt into settling support (Housing, Residence registration, Tax Setup, Moving).
